Casa Cablo is a beauty salon located at The Shoppes at Palmilla, San José del Cabo, dedicated to providing professional hair, color, makeup, and beauty treatments.
By booking an appointment or using our services, clients agree to the following policies and privacy terms.

2. Appointments

Appointments can be made by phone, through social media, or directly at the salon.
To confirm certain services, Casa Cablo may require a deposit or prepayment depending on the type of treatment.
Prices and service availability are subject to change; however, any updates will be communicated prior to final confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, a 25% charge of the total reserved service will apply as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the loss of the appointment or rescheduling depending on staff availability.

4.Punctuality & Conduct
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure your service can be completed as scheduled.
Casa Cablo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests.
Outside food or alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the salon without prior authorization.

5. Responsibility

Casa Cablo is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, previous treatments, or the use of non-salon products.
Clients are encouraged to inform their stylist or technician of any special conditions prior to receiving services.

6. Privacy Notice

Casa Cablo collects personal information such as name, phone number, email, and service preferences solely for the purpose of managing appointments, confirmations, and enhancing customer experience.

Personal data will not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties without consent.
We implement strict administrative and digital security measures to protect client information.
